I want this manager to be reprimanded not only was he disrespectful when I doubled back to get a photo of the boxes he was talking about my son in front of a group of people. An apology goes a long way but this was very unprofessional.

Unauthorized charge

I was charged on my card without permission or even stepping foot in store answanswering emails in timely fashion

Returned items on 12/3/21 and still didnt get my return. Ive contacted customer services many times and had no solution.

Product info

My item a Golden Girls character backpack order number 60308**** was returned due to an undeliverable address. I called on Monday after I found out my item was returned to your Warehouse when I called I was told that they would send me an email how to find out how I could provide another address to have it delivered again because I did not want to refund I just wanted the product be to be delivered to a different address but as of today have not found any answer and have been given the runaround by after numerous calls to the customer service line everyone has told me something different but I just want to find out where my item is because apparently I've been told that my item has not been processed and it's been a couple of days. If someone could please give me or touch base with me I would appreciate it either at the phone number provided or at the email provided thank you

Purchase at providence mall

Tuesday December 14th. I made a purchase a Xmas skirt, tights candy cane stripe, and an astrology book. I went to return my order in providence mall. All wrappers and tags still on items def unused. I couldnt find receipt but brought my credit card that I used so the lady could look it up. The manager refused to return anything without a receipt even though the employee at desk said that she could look up my order through my credit card. She said sorry no returns of Xmas stuff after December 10th. Ok can I return the book no actually sorry no returns at all. She refused to look up my order and refused to take back any item. Even though everything had tags in wrappers she wouldnt take anything back. If there are no returns aloud this should clearly be stated through the store. Exspecially if the items have tags and unused. Def will not be purchasing from any Spencers of this is the case.

Cancelled order and delayed refund

My order was not fulfilled and,communication during the delay and eventually cancellation was none. We sent several emails to customer service with no response. Several phone calls on hold for hours at a time. Our order was cancelled as advised by customer service agent. At this time our credit card refund was supposed to be refunded 280.78 within 7 to 14 working days. This did not happen. SHOCKER !!!

No response from these people

placed an order for 3 items totalling $140.00..received 2 of them...called and was on hold for 45 minutes and then the phone hung up on me..I wrote to them 3x and again..NO RESPONSE..next step is filing a claim with the credit card company.

Rude customer service

Spencer store services are pathetic. Their staff members take the customer queries for granted and rather resolving customer issue starts blaim game to each other. Above all, the store manager didn't provide a customer complaint number. And even misbehaved and said I hv no reporting manager. This has not happened for once mostly observed that Lucknow Spencer Store India is most pathetic in attending customer issues, product knowledge , poor and untidy store. No Billing,

Security Device

I went shopping at a Spencers in Boise, ID last week & they left the security device on a hat that I bought. I live 2 & 1/2 hours away & I cant go back for them to help me get it off. I did talk to someone on the phone & they told me to email you with a picture but I dont see any where here that I can send a picture?? This is for my sons birthday on Friday guess what hes NOT getting because you guys wont respond!!!!

Jelly gems 1 year warranty
